If the exchange rate moves. Today 1 TRY = 239.28 UZS (rate of 8 November 2026). A 10% move either way changes this first year by about UZS 10,748,520, and a whole three to four-year degree by roughly UZS 32,245,550 to UZS 42,994,070. Plan with a margin, and pay large sums when the rate suits you.
