Help for institutions
Claiming your page, signing in, enquiries, billing and more. Cannot find the answer? Write to admin@studiesmultiverse.com: a person replies within one working day (Cyprus time, Monday to Friday).
Getting started
How do we claim our page?
Find your institution at /claim/ and enter a work email at your institution’s own domain. We check every request and reply within one working day. When it is approved you get an email with a link: you save your sign-in code, choose a password and connect your phone, and your page opens.
Our institution is not listed.
Use the application form. A person reads it, and we add your page and let you know.
What does it cost?
Claiming is free, permanently. The Full page is €99 a year + VAT: photographs, your courses with fees, admissions, scholarships, student life, video and an enquiry form. There is no commission on students, ever.
What should we do first?
Three things take a few minutes and make the biggest difference: a one-line introduction, your logo, and your contact details. The checklist at the top of your editor shows what is left, and you can hide it when you are done.
Your account and sign-in
Why do we need a phone app?
Your page speaks for your institution, so signing in needs your password and a six-digit code from a free authenticator app (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or any other). Someone who learns your password still cannot get in.
What is the sign-in code?
A 16-character code shown once when you claim. It gets you back in if you lose your password or your phone. Keep it somewhere safe, away from your phone. You can make a new one at any time under Security; the old one stops working at once.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. We email a link that works once, for 24 hours. Your phone code is still needed, so nobody can take over the account with the email alone.
I lost my phone.
Sign in with your sign-in code, then connect your new phone. If you lost the code too, find your institution at /claim/ and choose Lost access, or write to us from your account’s email address and we will send you a reset link after checking.
Can colleagues have their own logins?
Yes. Owners can invite up to five colleagues from the editor. Each gets their own sign-in, and you can remove them at any time.
Will we be told about changes to our account?
Yes. Every change to your password, phone or sign-in code is emailed to your account’s address as a security notice, with the time and the browser. If one was not you, reset your password and reply to that email.
Your page
Do we have to fill in everything?
No. Every part is optional and each has its own switch under Your page, part by part. An empty part is never shown, and a part you switch off stays hidden even if it is filled in.
When do changes appear?
The moment you press Save changes, in English. Your words are translated into Greek, Spanish, Italian, French, German and Arabic within minutes, and you can correct any translated line yourself.
Can we change our name, country or register status?
Your name, country and official register status come from official records and cannot be edited, by anyone who pays or does not. If something is wrong, tell us and we will check it with the source.
What photos work best?
A square logo, a wide cover photo (about 1600 by 600 pixels) and up to twelve gallery photos, as JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB each. Use only images you have the right to publish.
Open days, webinars and intakes
Add them in the editor with a date and a link. Students see them on your page with a button that adds them to their calendar, and past dates disappear on their own.
What is the badge for our website?
A small “Listed on Studies Multiverse” badge with a link to your page. The code to copy is in your editor.
Student enquiries (Full page)
How do enquiries reach us?
Each question a student sends from your page is emailed at once to the contact email on your page. It comes from admin@studiesmultiverse.com with the student as the reply address, so pressing Reply answers the student directly.
What do we learn about the student?
Their name, email and message, and where given: nationality, where they live, level, subject, when they want to start and their budget for a year.
Where can we see all enquiries?
In your account under Student enquiries, where you can reply and mark each one answered or spam.
How fast should we reply?
Within one working day if you can. Students write to several institutions at once, and the first helpful answer usually wins. If an enquiry is still not marked answered after two working days, we send you one reminder; press Mark answered once you have replied and you will not be reminded.
What about spam?
The form blocks robots and limits how often one person can write. Anything that still gets through you can mark as spam.
Billing, VAT and renewal
How do we pay?
Ask for the Full page from your account and fill in who the invoice is for. We email an invoice in euro; the Full page goes live when it is paid, for one year. No card details are taken on this site.
How is VAT handled?
We are a Cyprus company. EU institutions with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge. EU institutions without one pay Cyprus VAT at 19%. Institutions outside the EU pay no VAT.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Nothing renews on its own. At the end of the year the page returns to the free claimed version, with nothing deleted, until you ask for a new invoice.
Refunds
If we fail to deliver what the Full page promises, we refund the unused part of the year. If you change your mind, the page runs to the end of the year you paid for.
Leaving, removal and data
Can we remove our page?
Yes. Ask through corrections and removals and a person will handle it.
What happens to the data?
Student enquiries are kept for two years and sign-in records for twelve months. The full details are in our privacy notice, and the rules for listed institutions are in our terms.
Can we pay to rank higher or change what the register says?
No. Paying changes how your page looks, never what the official register says about you or where facts come from. That independence is why students trust the site.
