If the exchange rate moves. Today 1 TRY = 2.48 BDT (rate of 8 November 2026). A 10% move either way changes this first year by about BDT 111,580, and a whole three to four-year degree by roughly BDT 334,750 to BDT 446,330. Plan with a margin, and pay large sums when the rate suits you.

Worth knowing. Fees and prices move with the lira, and the visa fee varies by nationality, so the figure given is the residence permit card fee.
