If the exchange rate moves. Today 1 EUR = 13.09 GHS (rate of 8 November 2026). A 10% move either way changes this first year by about GHS 18,750, and a whole three to four-year degree by roughly GHS 56,240 to GHS 74,990. Plan with a margin, and pay large sums when the rate suits you.
Worth knowing. Baden-Wuerttemberg charges non-EU students EUR 1,500 a semester and TU Munich charges non-EU students EUR 2,000 to 6,000 a semester.
