Deadlines and intakes

Two main routes:

The academic year starts in September. Leave at least two to three months for the visa once you have an admission letter.

Language you need

Most degrees at public universities are taught in Turkish. English-medium universities and programmes exist, METU and Boğaziçi being the best known, and many universities teach selected programmes partly or fully in English. Programmes taught in Turkish usually require a Turkish proficiency certificate, and many universities run a one-year Turkish preparatory course for students who arrive without it.

Even on an English-taught programme, daily life, landlords, government offices and most jobs run in Turkish.

Which ones can I apply for?

Student reviews: none yet for Research Center for Built Environment and Design. If you study or studied here, yours would be the first.

How we check reviews

Every reviewer confirms their email address with a one-time link, and a person at Studies Multiverse reads each review before it appears. We publish good and bad reviews on the same terms, never edit them, never pay for them, and an institution cannot remove a review by paying us. Reviews sent from the institution’s own email domain are not accepted. Institutions can reply below a review. See our terms.
