How to apply in Italy

The same rules for every institution in Italy; Liceo scientifico statale Ulisse Dini's own programme pages govern the exact dates and scores. Guide checked 24 Sep 2026.

Deadlines and intakes

Main intake is autumn. A February/March second-semester intake exists but is limited and mostly closed to new non-EU visa applicants.

The ministerial visa deadline is hard: 30 November 2026 for AY 2026/2027, moving earlier to 31 October 2027 for AY 2027/2028.

Language you need

A significant 2026 tightening: the ministerial circular now requires certified B2 competence in the language of instruction, Italian or English, verified by the university before the visa application. B1 suffices for Foundation Courses. This is new and stricter than most guides describe.

English-taught provision is wide but heavily concentrated at master's level; English-taught bachelor's degrees are comparatively scarce and cluster in engineering, economics and medicine.

How we check reviews

Every reviewer confirms their email address with a one-time link, and a person at Studies Multiverse reads each review before it appears. Reviews sent from the institution’s own email domain are not accepted. Institutions can reply below a review. See our terms.
