Le visa
Vous avez besoin d'un visa de catégorie D national pour études, converti à l'arrivée en une autorisation de séjour conformément au §16b de la loi sur le séjour. Le frais est de 75 €.
L'argent. Vous devez montrer 11 904 € pour un an dans un compte bloqué, en libérant 992 € par mois. Ce chiffre est ancré au taux maximum de la BAföG ; il est passé à 992 €/mois le 1er janvier 2025 et n'a pas changé depuis. Une confirmation de bourse ou une déclaration formelle d'engagement d'un parrain en Allemagne peut substituer.
Si vous postulez pour le visa pour chercher une place d'études, avant de détenir une lettre d'admission, le chiffre est plus élevé : 1 091 € par mois
La véritable contrainte n'est pas la décision, c'est le rendez-vous. Le visa lui-même prend environ quatre semaines à deux mois. L'obtention d'un rendez-vous prend beaucoup plus de temps : l'ambassade d'Allemagne à Dhaka déclare publiquement que les délais d'attente pour les étudiants non boursiers sont supérieurs à 27 mois. L'Inde, le Pakistan et le Nigeria ont leurs propres longues files d'attente. Prévoyez un minimum de trois à six mois entre l'admission et l'obtention du visa, et beaucoup plus dans un pays congestionné.
Les candidats d'Inde, de Chine et du Vietnam doivent obtenir un certificat APS vérifiant leurs documents universitaires avant de pouvoir réserver un rendez-vous pour un visa. Prévoyez quatre à huit semaines pour cela.
