Per tutti i lettori

• Gli studenti non pagano mai. Tutto ciò che uno studente può leggere è aperto, senza account e niente nascosto dietro un modulo e-mail.
• Non siamo un consulente. Niente di quanto qui è un consiglio di immigrazione, legale o finanziario. Le decisioni sui visti appartengono ai governi e ai consulenti regolamentati, e noi diremo sempre così piuttosto che indovinare.
• Controllare prima di pagare. Pubblichiamo quello che dicono le fonti aperte e i registri ufficiali, con la massima cura possibile. I registri possono diventare obsoleti, le istituzioni possono cambiare e noi possiamo commettere errori. Prima di pagare una tariffa o prenotare un volo, confermare con l'istituzione e con la fonte ufficiale che indichiamo.
• Il consulente di studio è un sistema di intelligenza artificiale. Risponde solo con ciò che questo portale contiene e potrebbe ancora essere sbagliato. Usalo come punto di partenza, mai come risposta.
• Cosa non faremo. Non vendiamo i tuoi dati e nessun'istituzione può pagare per modificare, nascondere o riordinare ciò che un record ufficiale dice di esso. Non a nessun prezzo.

Per le istituzioni e i consulenti elencati qui

• Essere elencati non costa nulla and claiming your page costs nothing, permanently. The paid Full page buys presentation: photographs, your course list, your own words and an enquiry form. It never buys a better position in lists or search, and never a different answer from a register.
• How lists and search are ordered. Search results put an exact name or well-known abbreviation first, then order by kind of institution (universities first), then names that start with the words typed, then pages kept up to date by their own institution (claiming is free), then shorter names. Browsing lists put pages kept up to date by their own institution first, then go alphabetically. Whether an institution pays us never changes where it appears.

• Authority to manage a page. Whoever claims a page confirms that they work for the institution and may manage its page for it, and confirms it again when accepting these terms. We keep a sealed record of how each page was claimed and managed (the request, our approval, acceptance of these terms, security set-up, changes to the page, and the date, subject and fingerprint of each email between us, as set out in the informativa sulla privacy), and may use it to show who managed a page, to answer a complaint, or in legal proceedings.
• Il tuo account. Signing in needs your password and a code from your phone. Keep both, and your sign-in code, to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• Student enquiries. On a Full page, students can write to you through a form. We pass each enquiry to the contact email on your page. From then on your institution is responsible for it as a separate controller under the GDPR: use it only to answer the student and about their studies with you, keep it secure, do not pass it on or add the student to marketing lists without their consent, and delete it when you no longer need it. We keep our own copy for two years so a student can ask us if no answer came.

We will tell you why, in writing, and you can put it right. Except in those serious cases, we give at least 30 days’ notice, with reasons, before ending a paid listing, and if we end it through no fault of yours we refund the unused part of the year.
• Changes to these terms. We email listed institutions at least 15 days before a change to these terms takes effect, unless the law requires a change sooner. You can close your listing before then if you do not agree.
• Complaints. If you disagree with a decision we made about your listing or with the service, write to admin@studiesmultiverse.com. A person reviews every complaint and answers in writing within five working days.
• Student reviews. Students can review an institution they study or studied at. Every reviewer confirms their email, a person at Studies Multiverse reads each review before it appears, and good and bad reviews are published on the same terms. We never edit or pay for reviews, and an institution cannot remove one by paying or asking; it can reply publicly under it, or report a review that breaks the rules (not a real student, abusive, personal data about staff, advertising), which we then review. Reviews from the institution’s own email domain are not accepted.
• Paid listings for student services (accommodation, insurance, blocked accounts, test preparation and similar) cost €249 a year plus VAT per country. They appear only in a box labelled “Paid listing” on the country guides they chose, at most three per kind, in an order that rotates daily, and never on an institution’s page or in its facts. The same rules on content, suspension, notice and complaints apply.

Se qualcosa in un elenco è illegale, fuorviante o viola i tuoi diritti, segnalalo a corrections and removals o scrivi a corrections@studiesmultiverse.com, indicando dove si trova e perché. Questo indirizzo è anche il nostro unico punto di contatto per le autorità e per gli utenti ai sensi dell'Atto digitale UE; rispondiamo in inglese o greco. Una persona esamina ogni segnalazione. Quando rimuoviamo o limitiamo qualcosa pubblicato da un'istituzione, le comunichiamo cosa abbiamo fatto e perché, e possono chiederci di rivedere la questione.

Come questo sito guadagna i suoi soldi

We are a company, and the site is paid for by: paid listings for institutions and advisors (one plan, the Full page), paid listings for student service companies on the country guides (labelled “Paid listing”), and commission on some links to services students need (labelled where they appear). Da dove provengono i dati dell'istituzione

La directory è costruita da fonti aperte, ciascuna accreditata qui e sotto la propria licenza: il Research Organization Registry (ROR, CC0), il progetto university-domains-list su GitHub (licenza MIT), e per gli Stati Uniti i dati IPEDS del National Center for Education Statistics (dominio pubblico). I record di registrazione provengono dagli editori governativi nominati in ciascun record. Le figure della guida paese portano la propria fonte e la data in cui le abbiamo verificate.

I nostri dati e il loro utilizzo altrove

I dati istituzionali che pubblichiamo sono concessi in licenza CC BY 4.0: utilizzali, anche commercialmente, anche per addestrare un modello, purché si accrediti Studies Multiverse. Le copie leggibili dalle macchine sono disponibili su /llms.txt e /api/v1/, aperto e senza chiave.

Quella licenza copre i dati. Non copre il nostro nome, il nostro marchio, il design del sito, il suo software o le parole che abbiamo scritto, che sono © A.I.T. Multiverse Consulting Ltd, tutti i diritti riservati, e non copre il materiale che un'istituzione ha aggiunto al proprio elenco. La nostra posizione in caso di problemi

Forniamo questo sito così com'è. Non promettiamo che sarà senza interruzioni o errori, e nella misura in cui la legge lo consente non siamo responsabili per perdite indirette, una scadenza mancata, un visto rifiutato, un corso che non è stato come speravate. Nulla qui limita la responsabilità per decesso, lesioni personali, frode o qualsiasi altra cosa che non possa essere limitata legalmente.
