About The Keystone Coastal Scholarship

The Keystone Coastal Scholarship pays full tuition and a monthly living stipend for the normal length of an undergraduate degree. Forty awards are made each year.

You are eligible if you hold citizenship of a coastal or island state, have an offer from a partner institution, and can show that the award would decide whether you go. We read that last part seriously: this is not a prize for the strongest application, it is money for the student it changes the most.

Applications open in January and close at the end of March. There is no application fee, and we never ask for payment at any stage.
