Student visa for Montenegro, for students from Vietnam
As a citizen of Vietnam you will normally need a student visa or residence permit for Montenegro before your course starts. Some nationalities may enter Montenegro without a visa and apply for the residence permit there instead; check the official page below for the rule that applies to your passport.

التأشيرة
تربط مونتينيغرو الإقامات الطويلة بـ الإقامة المؤقتة. تقول صفحة التأشيرة الحكومية أن تأشيرة الإقامة الطويلة (D) مخصصة للأجانب الذين يبقون أكثر من 90 يومًا ولكن لا يزيد عن ستة أشهر في السنة، وتدرج التعليم و التبادل الطلابي بين أغراض الإقامة المؤقتة التي تخدمها. يعتمد ما إذا كنت تحتاج إلى تأشيرة للدخول على جنسيتك.
تصريح الإقامة للدراسة (قانون الأجانب, المادة 47) قد يصدر للأجنبي الذي يستوفي الشروط العامة في المادة 43 ويقدم تأكيدًا على الدراسة. يتم إصداره لمدة العام الدراسي أو الأكاديمي, ويمكن تمديده لمدة ما يصل إلى سنتين بعد طول الدراسة المقرر لإنهاء الدراسة. يحتاج القاصرون إلى موافقة ولي الأمر أو الوصي.
الشروط العامة في المادة 43 تشمل وسائل العيش، والإقامة، والتأمين الصحي ووثيقة السفر الصالحة.

At the embassy or consulate of Montenegro that covers Vietnam, or through the visa application centre it names. Book early: in the busiest months appointments can be weeks away. Apply only through the official website; nobody can sell you a faster place in the queue.

How much money do I need to show for a Montenegro student visa?
No fixed amount found in the current law. The Law on Foreigners requires means of subsistence (Article 43) but does not state an amount. The amount is set in a Ministry of Interior rulebook whose current version we could not read, so we do not quote a figure.
