Student visa for Latvia, for students from Belgium
As a citizen of Belgium you do not need a student visa for Latvia: EU, EEA and Swiss citizens may live and study in each other's countries. For a stay of more than three months you normally register your residence with the local authorities after you arrive, and show that you are enrolled, have health insurance and can support yourself.
