If the exchange rate moves. Today 1 TWD = 780.16 VND (rate of 8 November 2026). A 10% move either way changes this first year by about VND 35,042,040, and a whole three to four-year degree by roughly VND 105,126,120 to VND 140,168,160. Plan with a margin, and pay large sums when the rate suits you.
