Rebuilt, 5 August 2026. The timeline generator is now the application back planner: it works backwards from the intake you name to a dated plan of what must be true by when, and it says plainly which steps it refuses to date because somebody else controls them. The reasoning behind every lead time it uses is set out in how an application cycle is actually sequenced.
